Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final.

• No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.

• Once hair extensions have been opened, used, installed, altered, or tampered with, they cannot be returned.

• We do not issue refunds for incorrect orders placed by the customer or dissatisfaction with the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. If approved, a replacement may be issued. No refunds will be provided.
